govern Pro Club Ltds’ relationship with you
in relation to this website.
The term “Pro Club Ltd” or “us” or “we” refers
to the owner of the website whose registered office
is 22 Mote Hill, Hamilton, Lanarkshire, ML3 6EF,
and whose company registration number is SC307752.
The term “you” or “client” or “party/parties” refers
to the user or viewer of this website. The term “competition” or “tournament” relates
namely the Pro Club Golf Challenge. “Heat” corresponds
to the individual day relative to said tournament. “Package
value” refers to total paid (inclusive of VAT)
when reservation is made.
The use of this website is subject to the following
terms of use:

Challenge will be accepted as acknowledgement
that all imagery in relation to the Pro Club
Challenge including photographic and film material
remain the sole property of Pro Club Ltd for
use in marketing and promotional purposes and
that reproduction of said imagery by a third
party is prohibited without the prior written
consent of Pro Club Ltd.

this website, which are not the property of,
or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged
on the website.
- Unauthorised use of this website
may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal
offence.
- From time to time this website
may also include links to other websites. These
links are provided for your convenience to provide

PRICES and information
Prices and relative information are correct at time
of publication. All detail is based on information
exchanged between Pro Club Ltd, host golf clubs and
any third parties involved in the challenge and are
subject to adjustments leading to and during the event.
2. RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be made through the Pro Club
website (www.proclubchallenge.com)
and become valid once the client has confirmed their
reservation.
3. PAYMENT
All payments will be made at the time of reservation
/ posted with booking form. Bookings must be made at
least 14 days before the original date of the corresponding
heat is due to commence.
4. CANCELLATION
Cancellations by parties must be submitted in writing
to Pro Club Ltd and are subject to the following refund
structure per booking:
Cancellation 45 days or more before heat date: 100%
of the total package value Cancellation 45 to 30 days
before heat date: 50% of the total package value Cancellation
less than 14 days of heat date: 0% of the total package
value
5. MODIFICATIONS
Any modifications regarding teams can only be accepted
14 days or more before the relative heat and must be
made in writing to Pro Club Ltd. Decisions in relation
to any team changes are at the discretion of both Pro
Club Ltd. Otherwise, any requested modifications could
be considered as a cancellation and would be subject
to the above mentioned cancellation policy.
6. LIABILITY
Pro Club will not assume responsibility for any delay
or damage to or loss of property or injury to or death
of persons due to transportations (rental car, motor
coach, railroad, air flight, or any other conveyances),
or due to suppliers (accommodations, golf courses,
restaurants), or due to any other external reasons
(strikes, weather conditions, etc). Competitors should
have personal insurances to cover the above possibilities.
7. AFTER-SALES
SERVICE AND CLAIMS
If, during the event, any of the service providers
(hotels, restaurants, golf clubs, ….) do not
meet the programmed standards, the client must require
of the service provider a downgrade or non provided
service certificate or, lacking the above, the client
must submit a written claim to the relevant provider
within 30 days of the end of the event heat. Any claim
not respecting this protocol will not be admitted.
8. PLAYING
GOLF
The client acknowledges having the necessary golf skills
for playing on the programmed courses. The client plays
golf on the course solely under his own responsibility
towards others and equipment. Pro Club Ltd or their
partners can not be held responsible if the golf course
can not be used because of weather conditions or due
to circumstances out with their control. Cancellation
of an event heat due to inclement weather conditions
may require Pro Club Ltd and associated partners to
reschedule to a more appropriate date in which case
no refund will be awarded. Pro Club Ltd or their partners
can not be held responsible if there is litigation
between the client and the golf club in case of theft,
loss, damage of equipment, or any other matter relating
to the estate in question. Any dispute arising out
of the competition is subject to the laws of Scotland
and any decision in this respect will be deemed as
final.
9. ACCEPTANCE
OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment by relevant party or client means full acceptance
by said party or client of the above mentioned terms
and conditions.
